Terms of Service.

1. Agreement and eligibility

These Terms of Service govern your use of scorcheddivide.com, the Scorched Divide browser and Android game, and related online services (the "Service"). Scorched Divide ("we," "us," or "our") provides the Service. Our contact is kizp07@gmail.com.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. By using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree or do not meet the age requirement, do not use the Service. Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled; privacy consent, when required, is requested separately.

2. Permission to use the game

Subject to these terms, you have a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable permission to access and play the Service for lawful entertainment. You may not sell access, redistribute the game's assets, operate an unauthorized game service, or use the Service for unlawful commercial activity. This does not restrict rights that applicable law gives you.

3. Accounts, guest play and saved progress

Keep your account and device access secure and provide accurate information where required. Do not share credentials or use another person's account without permission. Tell us if you believe your account has been compromised.

Guest access and local progress can depend on the current device or browser. Clearing site data or app data, uninstalling, losing a device or changing browsers can remove access to local progress. Cloud saving and sign-in, where available, have separate account controls. Online account deletion does not erase the local save on every device.

Feature availability varies by platform and build. A local score, imported save or client-side result does not itself guarantee a verified ranking or competitive reward.

4. Fair play and acceptable conduct

Play fairly and respect other players. Do not:

• Use cheats, bots, unauthorized automation, modified clients or exploits to gain an unfair advantage or fabricate rewards or results.
• Manipulate matchmaking, arrange fraudulent wins, impersonate others, trade accounts without authorization or interfere with an event.
• Attack the service, bypass access controls, overload systems or attempt to obtain another player's private information.
• Use names or other content that are unlawful, threatening, harassing, discriminatory, sexually exploitative or that disclose someone else's private information.
• Copy or misuse intellectual property in a way that violates the rights of others.

5. Scrap, upgrades, chests and purchases

Scrap, upgrades, chests, themes and other virtual items are game features. They have no cash value, are not a deposit or investment, and cannot be exchanged with us for cash. Access to an item is a limited right to use it within the game, subject to these terms and any mandatory consumer rights. You may not sell or transfer virtual currency or items outside authorized game features.

Earned rewards follow the rules displayed in the game. Eligibility can depend on game mode, a valid result and anti-abuse checks. Rewards may be corrected when an error, invalid result or rule violation is identified.

Paid checkout is not enabled in the current preview. Where purchases become available, the checkout will show the item, applicable price and payment provider before you commit. The store's payment and refund rules also apply. Google Play or the applicable store processes payment; do not send card details to our support email.

For a missing item or purchase issue, contact us with the relevant order reference. Refunds are handled under the applicable store process and law. Nothing in these terms removes a mandatory refund, withdrawal or other consumer right.

6. Online matches, rankings and tournaments

Online play depends on connectivity, available opponents, compatible versions and service availability. We do not guarantee a particular matchmaking time, opponent, rank or outcome. A disconnect or technical fault may cause a match to pause, end or be treated as no contest under the applicable game rules.

Ranked play, leaderboards and tournaments may be limited or unavailable during development. Event-specific eligibility, format, deadlines and any prizes will be stated in the event rules when offered. Participation alone does not promise a prize or cash reward. We may correct invalid results to protect fair competition.

7. Updates, balance and availability

Scorched Divide is actively developed. We may change units, balance, progression, rewards, maps and features, run seasonal resets, or require a compatible version for online play. Android game-content updates may be delivered from our hosting and applied when the app restarts.

We may perform maintenance, limit a feature or discontinue part of the Service. Where a material change affects paid content or mandatory consumer rights, we will provide the notice or remedies required by applicable law. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

8. Restrictions, suspension and account deletion

We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address a breach of these terms, fraud, cheating, security risks or legal obligations. The response should reflect the circumstances. Where appropriate, we will explain the reason; security or legal needs may limit the detail we can provide.

You can ask for a review by emailing kizp07@gmail.com. You may stop using the game at any time and request account deletion through our deletion page. Deleting an account can remove access to cloud saves and online features. Retention of limited records is explained in the Privacy Policy.

9. Game ownership and player content

The Service, software, artwork, models, branding, music and other game materials belong to Scorched Divide or their respective licensors and rights holders. Playing does not transfer ownership of those materials to you.

You retain any rights you have in the names or other content you submit. You give us permission to store, process and display that content as needed to operate the features you use, such as showing your commander name to opponents or on a leaderboard. You must have the rights needed to submit it. This permission does not grant us ownership of your personal information.

10. Responsibility, disputes and consumer rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided on an "as available" basis without a promise that it will meet every expectation, work on every device or remain available without interruption. Take reasonable care of your devices, account access and local saves.

To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, unauthorized changes to your device, or your misuse of the Service. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, deliberate wrongdoing or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Mandatory consumer protections and remedies available where you live continue to apply. If you have a dispute, contact kizp07@gmail.com so we can try to resolve it. These terms do not require arbitration or remove your right to use a court or regulator available under applicable law.

11. Changes to these terms and contact

We may revise these terms as the Service changes. We will publish the revised version and update the effective date. Material changes will be communicated through an appropriate notice before they apply where required. Changes do not remove rights that have already accrued under applicable law.
