Delete your account.

1. Send a deletion request

Include your commander name and, if applicable, the email address used to sign in. A player reference, if available, can help identify a guest account. Tell us whether you want the online account deleted or are asking about other personal data. Do not send a password, sign-in token, payment-card number or identity document.

We may need to verify that the account belongs to you before deleting it. We will explain any verification needed and handle the request under applicable privacy law. Opening the email link prepares a message; the request is submitted when you send it. If your device has no email app configured, copy the address into your usual email service.

2. You can also use the account window

Where account controls are available, open the game's account/cloud-save window, choose Delete account, and confirm the deletion. The current control asks you to tap again to confirm. Email remains available if you cannot access the game or your account.

3. What is removed

Online account deletion removes the Scorched Divide account record and cloud save. The public commander name on retained player records is replaced, and the original sign-in identity is disconnected from those records. Deletion can permanently remove your cloud progress and access to related online features.

4. What may remain

Limited match, ranking, tournament and anti-abuse records may remain under a player reference to protect match integrity, prevent fraud or meet legal obligations. Support correspondence and restricted backups, where maintained, may also remain for the reasons described in the Privacy Policy's retention section. 5. Local saves and third-party accounts

Online deletion leaves the local save on your device in place. To remove it too, clear Scorched Divide's app data in Android settings, or clear browser site data for scorcheddivide.com. This can permanently remove local progress and guest access.

Deleting Scorched Divide data does not delete a Google or Apple account, cancel a store transaction, or delete records independently held by a store or advertising provider. Use that provider's privacy or account controls for its data.
